1st Announcement

The oncoming Russian Bavarian Conference on Bio-Medical Engineering (the RBC-2010) is the 6th meeting of the traditional Russian Bavarian cooperation event. It will be held at Bauman Moscow State Technical University in Moscow under the patronise of the President of the University, Professor Igor B. Fedorov, from November 8th to November 12th, 2010.

Being already a well known platform for providing exchange and communication for Russian and Bavarian scientists, the focus of the RBC 2010 not only at bringing the scientist from Russia and Bavaria together, but also at creating a forum where engineers, scientists, physicians and providers of medical solutions could communicate and establish strong scientific and technical collaboration.

A better understanding of the vast potential of modern biomedical engineering will encourage physicians to develop new visions of advanced diagnostics and therapy. Engineers are better enabled to offer tailored solutions if they are aware of the current problems and limitations of medicine. The precondition, however, is to bring the different worlds together.

It is time to bridge the gap!

The organizing committee of the 6th Russian-Bavarian Conference on Bio-Medical Engineering invites interested organizations and academic circles to participate in the Conference.
